Payment Policies

Course Eligibility/ Registration

• • Students must register for the training course a minimum of 48 hours before the scheduled training date.
  • Payment must be completed prior to the start of the course; students who have not made full payment will not be permitted to participate.
  • students are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary technology and reliable internet connectivity to participate in the online training sessions.
  • The training provider is not liable for any technical issues arising from the student's equipment or internet connection.

Refunds

• • Refunds will not be offered once the training has commenced.
  • Refund requests will be processed within one week, which includes a minimum of 48 hours plus the time required for the platform to deposit the refund into the student's account.
